Refund policy

Renee's Freshie Boutique does not issue refunds nor do we accept returns. All of our items are handmade and customized by the customer, and therefore in most cases can not be duplicated.

In rare cases we may make a decision to issue a refund and/or accept a return- Each case will be looked at individually.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If a customer receives a damaged package it is their responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company to request a refund based on the shipping companies policies. Renee's Freshie Boutique is unable to file claims on behalf of the customer.
